Thought Field Therapy (TFT) is an established, reputable, and clinically proven emotional healing therapy that has helped tens of thousands of people worldwide over the last 20 years. You may have heard of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) or EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), both are very similar to TFT. It is quick and safe, with no side effects or risk. It works, and it works quickly with a success rate of 80-90%. No long-term therapy or medication is required, and effects are long lasting and usually permanent. Conditions can be dramatically improved in as little as 1 or 2 sessions whilst complex cases generally take a little longer. It is particularly effective for the conditions below, and also for unhelpful thoughts and beliefs that are stopping you reaching your full potential.

How it works
It has been clinically proven that psychological distress disrupts the body’s internal energy flow. Through tapping your fingers on your acupuncture meridian points, TFT accesses the root of your distress and resolves it. Different conditions have different sequences of tapping. There are no needles involved, and no discomfort or pain. The therapist does not touch you. You tap on yourself following the therapist’s lead. You do not have to believe that it will work for it to work; many skeptics have been helped and changes are usually permanent.
